Terms and Conditions of Sale – Bull Burner

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the sale of products on the Bull Burner website (hereinafter the "Website") by CORUSTECH (hereinafter "Bull Burner" or the "Seller").

Logistics and Shipping: Certain products sold on the Website may be shipped directly from Amazon fulfillment centers through the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service, from the warehouse closest to the delivery destination. Amazon acts solely as a logistics service provider. Bull Burner remains the sole contractual seller towards the customer.

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the online sale of products offered on the Website.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Website at the time of browsing and/or ordering.

Each product is accompanied by a detailed description including its main characteristics, instructions for use, precautions, and any applicable warnings.

Product images, photographs, and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes where required.

Bull Burner reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price charged will be the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 4 – Orders

Any order placed on the Website constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

An order confirmation email will be sent after successful payment validation.

Bull Burner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud, irregular activity, unpaid transactions, manifestly incorrect information, or a previous dispute with the customer.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and/or authorized payment service providers.

Bull Burner does not store any customer banking information.

Article 6 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Shipping may be carried out directly through the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service from the warehouse closest to the delivery destination.

Delivery times displayed on the Website are provided for information purposes only. Bull Burner shall not be held liable for delays caused by carriers, logistics providers, or force majeure events.

The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer only when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

7.1 – Return Eligibility Conditions

The product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold: unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging, together with any accessories, manuals, and packaging materials.

For reasons of hygiene, safety, and health protection, sealed food products and dietary supplements that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned or refunded, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

No refund can be granted for any dietary supplement whose bottle, safety seal, protective foil, or security system has been opened after delivery, even if the product has only been partially used or consumed once.

7.2 – How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact customer support:

The customer must clearly indicate:

  • the order number;
  • the product(s) concerned;
  • the withdrawal request.

Bull Burner will then provide return instructions, including the return address and applicable procedure.

For orders fulfilled through Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), return instructions may require the product to be sent back to Amazon warehouses according to the guidance provided by Bull Burner customer support.

7.3 – Return Costs and Refunds

Unless otherwise specified or due to an error attributable to Bull Burner, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days.

Bull Burner reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or proof of shipment has been provided.

Article 8 – Defective or Non-Compliant Products

If a product is defective, damaged, or does not conform to the order, the customer must contact customer support within a reasonable period and provide photos or a video clearly showing the issue, together with the order number, by emailing: contact@bullburner.fr.

After review, Bull Burner will provide instructions regarding replacement, return, refund, or any other appropriate solution.

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, all shipping costs, including return shipping costs where applicable, will be covered by Bull Burner, except in cases of abuse or manifestly unfounded claims.

Article 9 – Legal Warranties

The customer benefits from all legal warranties provided under applicable law, including:

  • the legal warranty of conformity;
  • the warranty against hidden defects.

These warranties apply under the conditions and limitations established by law.

Article 10 – Liability

Bull Burner shall not be held liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or damages resulting from improper use of the products, to the extent permitted by law.

Dietary supplements are not intended to replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle.

The customer is responsible for following the instructions for use, recommended dosage, precautions, and warnings provided on the product label and/or product page.

Bull Burner shall not be liable for delays or service failures attributable to carriers or logistics providers, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws.

Article 11 – Personal Data

Customer personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

Article 12 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.

However, in accordance with applicable European regulations, consumers shall always benefit from the mandatory provisions of the laws of their country of residence where such provisions are more favorable.

In the event of a dispute, consumers may bring proceedings before the competent court of their place of residence or the court having jurisdiction over the Seller, in accordance with applicable law.
