Return and Refund Policy – Bull Burner
At Bull Burner, we do everything possible to ensure that your experience is positive with every order. In the event of a problem or dissatisfaction, our customer support team is available to help find a simple, fast, and fair solution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a refund, a replacement product, or, where appropriate, store credit.
1) Legal Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
In accordance with applicable European consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and health protection, the right of withdrawal may only be exercised for products returned unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
With regard to food supplements and sealed food products, the right of withdrawal no longer applies once the safety seal, protective foil, or any other original sealing system has been removed or opened after delivery.
No refund can be granted for any food supplement whose bottle, safety seal, protective foil, or security system has been opened after delivery, even if the product has only been partially used or consumed once.
Therefore, the following products are not eligible for a refund:
- Opened food supplements
- Products with a removed safety seal
- Products partially or fully consumed
- Products whose original packaging has been opened or altered
This exclusion is provided for under applicable consumer protection laws concerning sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
2) Products Excluded from Refunds
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or consumed
- Food supplements with a removed safety seal
- Products returned after the legal 14-day withdrawal period
- Products damaged by the customer after delivery
- Personalized products or products made according to the customer's specifications
3) Print-on-Demand Products and Apparel
Some apparel items may be produced using a print-on-demand service, meaning they are manufactured after the order has been confirmed.
The fact that a product is made on demand does not automatically exclude the customer's right of withdrawal. However, products that are personalized according to the customer's specifications, such as those including custom text, names, images, or specific graphic requests, cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or non-compliant.
For non-personalized apparel items, returns may only be accepted if the product is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of odors, and returned in its original packaging.
4) Return Request Procedure
To request a return or refund, please contact our customer support team by email:

Please clearly provide:
- Your order number
- The product(s) concerned
- The reason for the request
- If requested, a photo of the product showing the barcode
Our team will provide you with the return instructions.
For orders fulfilled through Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), returns may be processed directly through Amazon warehouses according to the instructions provided.
5) Return Shipping Costs and Refunds
Unless the return is due to an error on the part of Bull Burner or a defective/non-compliant product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Bull Burner reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned product has been received or until proof of return shipment has been provided.
6) Defective or Non-Compliant Products
If the product received is defective or does not match your order, please contact us promptly and provide:
- 2 to 3 photos or a short video clearly showing the issue
- Your order number

In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, all return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by Bull Burner.
